Vintage Nakamichi OMS-5Aii CD Player This is a vintage Nakamichi OMS-5Aii CD Player in very nice condition. Manufactured in Japan in the 1980s. Powers up, lights work, knobs work… however, once a CD was finishing being “read” after loading, the tray opened. So, I was not able to test playback. I am not entirely sure what the problem is, but I assume something with the laser? Maybe it just needs a good cleaning… but that is not something I want to attempt. So, please bear this in mind when bidding. Could probably use a little dusting/cleaning/polishing, as everyone’s idea of clean varies. But, this is a nice vintage unit. Front face has 2 small scuffs. A little touch up paint will have this looking pristine. No dents or damage beyond these superficial marks as shown in photos.
