As with any vintage equipment, unless you are a suitably qualified and experienced person yourself, then its wise to have it checked over by someone who is, prior to use. Whilst I am a qualified electrician and have over 40 years experience with hi end hi fi, Im not an electronics engineer and I dont have sufficient experience of these machines to carry out servicing, which is why I have listed as, for parts or not working. Condition Cosmetically as per pictures. Powers up and displays etc seem fine. Belts look fine. Basic controls briefly tested and appear to be operating as they should. Not tested with a cassette and a knocking noise on wind/rewind and play which I havent investigated but I doubt is much. I doubt this will take a lot to get it running as it should but it is sold as for parts or not working so no guarantee of functionality. Ive described it as accurately as I can.

Nakamichi 480 - splendida piastra di registrazione a cassette a 2 testine perfettamente funzionante, poich completamente restaurata dal tecnico con la sostituzione di tutte le sue cinghiette, ecc. Lunica differenza, rispetto a quando usci dalla fabbrica, costituita da una pi veloce apertura del vano portacassette, quando si pigia sul tastino eject, ovviamente. inoltre provvista di scatola ed imballo originali.

This has served me well for many years, although I doubt I have made the most of what it is capable of! Perfect working order with one caveat, Of the two Gold RCA inputs for the CD player, one has been replaced with a silver one form another input. To my ears I hear no difference but should be easily rectifiable should you wish. Any questions please feel free to ask. I would certainly prefer collection only if possible, but I will package it well if postage is required.

Biete hier als Erstbesitzer meinen altgedienten Nakamichi IA-3. Optisch in einem sehr gutem Zustand (s.Abb.), technisch mit einem Teildefekt. Der Listen-Monitor-Wahlschalter (s.Abb.) ist offensichtlich defekt. Das mache ich als Laie daran fest, dass im laufenden Betrieb, unerwartet, vor allem bei CD und AUX, der linke Stereo-Kanal verstummt. Rüttel ich an dem Wahlschalter, oder drücke ihn ein wenig rein, dann geht es meist wieder. Da das unter Tuner nicht so häufig passiert, haben wir den IA-3 zuletzt vor allem für TV genutzt, nicht zuletzt, weil es sich hier hörbar um einen wirklichen guten Verstärker handelt. Jetzt steht eine Ablösung an. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn jemand noch dafür Verwendung hat, oder gar was am Defekt machen kann. Fragen nehme ich, wie immer vorab gerne entgegen. Verkaufe 2x2mm Cordial LS-Kabel 2,5mm² mit verschraubten Nakamichi Bananen- auf der einen und Gabelsteckern auf der anderen Seite. Kabel und Stecker sind in einwandfreiem Zustand und funktionieren ohne Probleme. Wird als BüWa oder Hermes Päckchen verschickt.
