I have only used it for a short time, since than sits in its box. Great sound very convenient remote, but couldnt fit it into my rack. All the conditioners replaced by an expert (official service of brands like Electrocomainet etc.) with Phillips/Vishay just like the original ones. Nothing else touched. The service improved the sound a lot. Comes in the original Naim box plus one more to protect the original box and make the jurney safe for this brilliant Naim pre.
