I opened it once to verify that it had the j-fet and it does. I havent opened it again. One note; there is a delay of a few seconds at power on, the led will glow when its fully on. The second is a copy of the phono section from the Naim Nait integrated amp. I bought the bare board from another eBay seller, Jims Audio. I populated it with quality parts from US, Japanese and European sources. Its housed in a small generic enclosure.Also included is a 24vdc wall wart to power either one Both operate as they should with no weird noises or hum.I had fun sampling these two different approaches to the same end.
