These modules are rarely available nowadays - in fact thats an understatement, they are like the proverbial hens teeth to get hold of!! These modules were also employed by Naim in their NAP 135 monoblock amplifiers - one regulator in each of a pair of amplifiers. Please be aware that the many cheap Chinese clone NAP250 regulator boards and modules available on ebay are NOT the same circuit as the original Naim regulator modules. They have been cleverly made to look similar, but they dont regulate the power supply the way the Naim ones do. I know because Im an electronics engineer and I bought some of the cheap regulators and traced the circuit. The performance of the cheap regulators is severely sub-standard (poorer regulation, increased noise), so there must be a lot of disappointed people who have bought them and wondered why their amplifiers dont sound so good!
