NAD D 3020 Hybrid Digital DAC Amplifier. This item has been tested and is guaranteed to be in full working order. This item is in mint condition with the exception of a known problem with the rubber side panels on this particular model. As it ages, the rubber softens and picks up marks from anything that comes into contact with it including fingerprints and dust which is compounded by trying to clean it off. I was able to minimize this problem and avoid it from getting sticky by putting on some rubber conditioner. It doesnt show on the pictures and is only noticeable when shining a bright light on it and looking at it perpendicular to the sides. As soon as you angle it slightly it looks great like the pictures. Once you install it on a shelf or cabinet you will not notice it. If you purchase this model from someone else, make sure to ask them about the condition of the rubber sides because this is a problem with all used items of this model to one degree or another. The volume knob turns smoothly with just the right amount of resistance. A new battery was installed in the remote. It will be packed in the original box with all the original packaging and contents.
