The issue was in the gain knob. When I would turn the knob the channels would cut in and out. Static in the gain when you moved it.The Gain knob was no good. When I stopped moving it, it would play clean music both channels.This was removed from a amp that had the round transformer.I have working round transformers in my other ads. Sony-Es TA-N55es stereo amplifier. Very clean and guaranteed working dedicated power amplifier. It has one minor nick and a little bit of case scuffing along the top back left edge otherwise looks like new. This amp delivers 110 watts x 2 @ 8ohms and sounds great! It has been sitting on a shelf with some other gear unused In a none smoking home gor awhile so its time for someone else who needs a good clean, powerful amplifier to enjoy it. Questions welcome.
