Wrapped around a MDF box built to factory airspace measurements. Original box 7”tall, 7 3/4”deep, 19 3/4”wide and 17.6lbs New box 8 1/2”tall, 8”deep, 21 1/4”wide and 20.25lbs We also painted inside woofer chambers with acoustic dampening paint, and added no resolution foam. Air tight seal gasket was added to back panel. Crossover on this model was built well, so we did not modify that. So we gave it better sound, and a custom art finish. Pictures show the wood is actually grooved out with the burn process giving a texture finish. Sealed with a marine boat sealant by Total Boat finishes. It’s almost water proof! Pictures also show original speaker box details for comparison. This is a high quality build and a one of a kind. No grill or front cover is included. No rubber feet are included.
