Monster Power HTS 2600 MKII Home Theater Reference Power Center Surge Protector. Some scratches on the faceplate as seen in the photo. It works perfectly and has been in my system for 5 years. I switched to a concealed line conditioner so I could add a visible component to my system... I basically ran out of room.

I replaced the power plug; the original plug had a loose ground lug. It worked but I didnt feel comfortable with it, so I went to the electrical supply store and purchased a heavy-duty power plug and installed it on the power cord. Cosmetically Excellent.
