Monitor Audio R352 Speakers - in excellent working condition.These are really great speakers from the 1980s (bought in c. 1988?). Still sound incredibly good - these speakers were excellent in their day, and still are. Honest! Fantastic sound. Black Ash finish to the cabinets, although there are some light scratches particularly to the tops (they are over 30 years old after all!) but they are slight - if they were a car you could T-Cut them out..They measure about 250 x 640 x 320cm and weigh about 13Kg. They are therefore a little awkward to ship, so collection only Im afraid - Im just off Junction 17 of the M6, about 25 miles south of Manchester.

A pair of black Monitor Audio R352 speakers with metal (sand filled to make accoustically dead) speaker stands (possibly made by Appollo Support Systems or Target - I cant remember). The stands come with spikes that can be fitted into the bases to help dampen accoustic vibration to the floor. There is some damage to the top of one of the speakers, the lacquer has flaked off. Nothing serious and can easily be fixed. Also a small dent on the back edge. The pictures show the defects. I purchased these speakers from AT Labs in Barkingside back in the day in addition to a Quad 304/34 pre-amp/power amp (sold before xmas). Collection only from North London (Bounds Green area) as too heavy to send (the stands are very heavy).

Monitor Audio R352 speakers. I purchased these speakers band new in the early 1980s. At that time you could specify the cabinet veneer and I chose yew, which is one of the rarer veneers used at the time. The general condition of the cabinets is excellent, although there are a few small scuffs. One of the speaker grilles is cracked, but it still attaches to the speaker body without appearing damaged. They have been used very little over the years, so I expect them to work very well when they are next used. Dimensions 25.5 inches high, by 10 inches wide by 12 inches deep. Thes are heavy speakers , so you will need to collect them from the Slough area, M4 junction 6. Price £80.
