The stylus tip (diamond) contributes with its entire weight and mass. The armature contributes between 5 - 20% of its weight and mass; the cantilever around 30%. B&O has been able to reduce ETM substantially by refining these elements and building them into an integrated unit. Beogram 8002 Needs a service Sometimes it works, and sometimes not. Ive actually just been listening to Kind of Blue on the Beogram, but it is a bit erratic. The tangential arm sometimes will not return. I had hoped to one day open it up and give everything a good clean, but Ive moved on. It is fitted with the rare MMC1 - a superb sounding MC cartridge in very good condition.
