Boothroyd Stuart Meridian M1 Loudspeakers Speakers. Complete One Off Design!!!. Hi all, After careful consideration, I have decided to part ways with my vintage HiFi set-up. This is a unique and once in a lifetime opportunity to own a pair of vintage high end speakers, that are the only pair in existence in the world!!! These were custom made for a Meridian design engineer. This has an extra “super tweeter” incorporated and this was never added to any others that went into production. The basic model blows most speakers under the £10k range out of the water and this pair go even further! The amps in these were serviced last year and work flawlessly. The passive speakers on the rear could do with new gaskets but it doesn’t affect the sound. This opportunity will not come up again, the originals are super rare and this particular pair are complete one offs! Some scratches to casework, mostly near the back - overall condition is reasonable - see photos for close ups. Amplifier is in good working order. Cash on collection preferred due to size and value (can be seen working) as I dont have the original packaging. Boothroyd Stuart Meridian CONTROL UNIT 101B4 - Rare ‘Excellent Condition’. This was purchased new in 1983 and maintained well since then. Considering age in good condition. The Control Unit 101B4 - solid piece of engineering. There is slight colouring on the volume/off switch but all else looks good. Sonically the system sounds excellent. Included will also be a audio cable which are bespoke to this system. I have the original boxes. It is actually a revised model - a rare 101B4 as it was sent back for CD input modification Happy for purchaser to listen to the system before purchase if I still have the Meridian M2 Loudspeakers…also up for sale. This remote, booklets and bag was part of a G series CD player that got sold after my father passed 2017.  These items got missed and have just been found in a box.  The remote hasn't been tested but there is no reason why it should not work as it did in 2017.  Serial Number: MSR 105535. This was for a G Series Meridian CD player but in the manuals it states this remote can be used with a Meridian 200 and 600 products.  Please see photographs that mention this information.  Thank you for looking at my listing.
