Power leads plus MSR+ remote control / S5 interconnect cable are included - everything you need for operation, just plug a 2 channel PCM digital source into the back panel via a standard RCA SPDIF cable. These have been used mostly for redbook 16 bit 44khz playback however I have tested that 24 bit 96khz playback also works and is recognised as such (see photos).
