This tuner had some previous work done to it at Inner Sound in Portland OR. On September 2022 I brought it to Freds Sound of Music in Portland for repair [which I spent $130.00 on]. What was found out is the tuner has very low output. Repair invoice reads Put in new tubes but still low output. & the following Verified complaint. Unit needs alignment. Attempted alignment. Unit has a bad IF Transformer. Part NIA. Got it close. Not fully fixed. I do not know which IF transformer is faulty. When I tested it last night I found it tunes in stations excellently. I was able to tune in hard to tune stations. The output gain is low as are any bass frequencies. I turned the Bass control all the way up on my test receiver and only a subtle difference in bass response changed. Signal strength meter only moves as far as shown in last two photos. Tuning meter level moves a little however stays off to the left side of meter [photo 17]. No feet. Sold for parts or repair no returns. Please be sure you agree with those conditions prier to purchase. No rust detected. My Commitment is to Your 100% Satisfaction!
