Selling my McIntosh MC275 in mint condition. I bought this unit new in 2011 and immediately upgraded the tubes with Mullard 12AT7/ECC81, Mullard CV4004/12AX7 and Genalex - Gold Lion KT88 tubes from TubeDepot which was a 950 EUR kit at the time. I have used this unit very sparingly as I am always trying new audio gear with some of my gear sitting in boxes for months or years at a time, this unit is no different and has gotten little use. Recently I have settled on a system I want to keep for awhile so selling some things to clear space, and my mind.

Here for sale is a McIntosh MX121 processor. We always start with a firmware update and factory reset on these units. For some reason this MX121 was not able to receive the network based update. After speaking with McIntosh we believe the unit is either on the most current firmware or the update server is no longer supported. We proceeded with a factory reset and bench test.This processor was fully tested for audio use. No HDMI testing was done besides OSD. Was recently overhauled by an experienced technician with 40+ years of experience servicing Hi-Fi. This beautiful amplifier is installed in the rare McIntosh walnut cabinet which is also in good condition. The cabinet has a couple light surface scratches on the sides, but a good cleaning and polishing would make it look like new again! We will leave cleaning and touching up to the new owner.
