It’s in nice shape but has the normal “clouding” around the meter windows (nearly all have this) and could use a wipedown on the meter side of the glass (I haven’t the time to do this). It’s because of these issues that i am selling it so cheap and thus, there are no returns. Payment by Ebay payments only. As it is buy it now payment is due immediately.
