Original McIntosh MC 2200 Power Amplifier Service Information Manual (starting with) AU1001. EXCELLENT.

Up for sale is a beautiful McIntosh MA5200 integrated amplifier. This unit was only used for a few months when in the middle of a firmware update the power went out in the owners house. He could not get the unit to work after that and it sat in his home used. He finally took it to an authorized factory repair center (Fort Worth Audio Service) and was told the unit would need a new control board. Unfortunately at the time we were in the middle of covid and supply chain problems and McIntosh was unable to supply the part for over a year. I bought the unit from the original owner as is and patiently waited for McIntosh to be able to supply the part. The factory authorized service center installed the control board, loaded the lastest firmware into the amp, and tested all aspects for functionality. The unit is now working perfectly and sounds as good as it looks! This is a great amp which is very versatile. It sports a great DAC and has inputs for everything you could imagine, including a phono input for you vinyl fans. Sale includes the amp, original remote control and a copy of the Owners Manual. This McIntosh remote control is used and has been tested. My uncle was audiophile but is selling his system due to a move. This remote works for many more models than listed.
