Soviet World Receiver EUROMATIC 217 Radio FTZ 11/605 Vintage *No Sound* Tested on batteries, dont have power lead. No sound coming through at all. Meridian 605 Mono-block Power Amplifiers Old but still have awonderful sound. Power supply & Amplification are in individualAluminium enclosures, joined at the centre.Near perfect condition,the only blemishs are two 1-1.5mm chips in the black finish of Amp B, thesehave been touched-in & are nearly invisible (see photo.)Original Meridian packing. Here is a lovely pair of Tannoy 605 Standmount speakers. These 605s are the unusual and very sought after tri-sided design, with the marble effect top and matching stands. They can be used in tight rooms and corners just as happily as in larger square rooms, they sound great with little effort and no fuss positioning. Over the years many of the original stands have gone missing, its is getting hard to find full and complete sets in good working order. These are in good condition, the cabinets are solid and tidy, but sadly i do not have the grills, and there is a piece missing from the plastic skirt. This is superficial, its is nothing but a shroud for the speaker to stand mounting, it is not part of the cabinet construction itself. The tweeters and drivers are all in very good shape, working and functioning without fault. Sounding great, these are still a very sought after quality brand and model, something of an English design classic. Tannoy are amongst the most refined and best made audio speakers available. Their independent designs are unique, and the cabinetry and construction is absolutely second to none! These can be fully demonstrated upon collection from Arnold, Nottingham. Alternatively, they can be courier delivered for the quoted price, or on occasion delivered in person if negotiated for separately.
