These speaker will include an upgraded pair of Pangea Audio signature Power Cords (orig 229.00 ea.) currently set up with soft feet for wood or tile floors, but also includes stainless heavy duty carper spikes and owners manual. I think you would be hard pressed to find a pair of ML Asent-i speakers in this like new condition. NOTE - These are the ASENT-i and NOT the often seen older Asent (non-i) speakers.The Ascent used composite paper woofer’s, the Ascent i got upgraded to aluminum woofers. The panels on the two models are a bit different, the Ascent-i uses a newer type film called generation 2, and also comes with clear spars (those horizontal bars going across the film). Asent-i has an improved cross-over. Asent-i has better bass, and were considerably more expensive than the earlier Asent models. I thought the panels were bad and so I purchased a set of replacement panels from Martin Logan for almost 2K.After the Easy replacement to the new panels I found that the problem was with my KRELL amp. Used a NAD amp and the sound was great. Replaced the original panels and of course they worked great. I have been using the Devialet 140 pro with amazing sound. I stored the new panels for about a year and then decided to replace them last month. I had already paid for them and didnt want them to waste away in storage. The old panels sound great and are physically in great condition. Smoke free environment and no sun or extremes in temps. The stator wires and connections are in great shape. I will send instructions on how to replace. They are also easily available from Martin Logan. Overall a very easy job. I have done it 6 times now and I can do it by myself.
