The tune left or Tune < is will get stuck pressed down, and when that happens the unit will not allow use of about half the buttons- including the power button, therefor leaving it stuck ON. If you put your finger under the Tuning Preset < button and pull up on it, it will disengage that button and you can use the unit perfectly fine. Along with this, the unit does have 2 small dings on the top panel. Unit has been priced to reflect its quirks and minor damage.
