Includes remote control, power cord, Audyssey mic, printed manual. Story time! I just performed a factory reset and this unit is functioning as it should. However, full disclosure: I believe there is an intermittent issue with the HDMI board because it was working aces for two years, then suddenly the HDMI wouldn't output. Marantz lists service locations on their website. I called the nearest one and they quoted me a price I wasn't comfortable with. I then this listed as a for repair unit on eBay when an interested buyer asked if it worked otherwise. To confirm, I started with a factory reset and suddenly everything worked great! When in doubt, perform a reset (before hastily replacing the whole unit like I did.)
