Marantz PM 6006 Integrated Amplifier - Black - UK edition - excellent condition. An excellent example of this Marantz amplifier. A great entry point into the Marantz signature sound. A significant step up from the PM6005 series and this particular example is the sought after UK edition which benefits from additional tuning at the Marantz factory. I have had the pleasure of listening to the PM6007 and this actually sounds better due to the DAC manufacturer having been swapped for the 6007 (due to cost issues). So if youre going to use predominantly digital sources, this would be a better buy over the newer PM6006. The amplification stages are as fas as I know, identical in terms of components. Single owner unit and if not for the minor blemishes pictured (very light scratches that are only really visible if the light catches just right), Id have described this as in like-new condition cosmetically. I cannot see any imperfections, from more than a foot away. I think the new owner will be very pleased with this unit. From a smoke pet and child free home.
