There no obvious signs of damage, misuse or poor storage. There is nothing “loose” sounding inside yet much to our bewilderment, we could not get sound through to the headphones. We do not have speakers available so we tried headphones and we could get normal static while searching AM Stations. We got no sound at all while searching for FM Stations. We honestly don’t know how to use it because we had trouble just trying to tune in different stations. We can say with confidence that all Buttons, Knobs, etc. work as expected.
