Viel Spaß beim bieten und 3-2-1- deins !!!!! Der Marantz AM/FM Stereo Analog Tuner Model 2050 wurde von Marantz,Chatsworth,California-USA designed und in Japan von 1978-1980 gefertigt. Solche Qualitätsstandards gab es danach nie mehr ! Und wir wissen alle wo das Heute geendet hat. Aus diesem Grund sind die Vintage Marantz Geräte selbst 50 Jahre nach ihrer Herstellung noch immer mehr als gefragt. Dieses Exemplar wurde leider von ihren Vorbesitzern nicht so pfleglich behandelt und aus diesem Grund ist es regelrecht zu einem Projekt geworden. Das nicht Original eingebaute Chinch Kabel mit Steckern wurde von mir durch ein Original Marantz Kabel mit Steckern getauscht. Jetzt befindet sich der Tuner wieder im Originalzustand. Die fehlenden Füsse wurden ergäntzt durch profesionelle ADAM HALL Füsse mit größerem Durchmesser von 35 mm. So kann der Tuner auch sicher auf einen Verstärker plaziert werden und wird diesen auch nicht verkratzen. Als nächstes wurden alle Kontakte, Schalter und Poti mit Teslanol-Oscilin T6 gespüllt. Dies macht nicht nur die Kontakte stabil sondern auch noch so geschmeidig wie diese aus der Fabrik gekommen sind. Und das 50 Jahre danach ! Hier zeigt sich warum die Nachfrage an Vintage Marantz Geräten weltweit so hoch ist ,mit leider auch zum Teil astronomischen Preis Vorstellungen. Die verkratzte Obere Kante der Frontplatte wurde nass poliert und von allen Beschädigungen befreit. Danach mit 3M Profi Politur versiegelt. Die Rückwand wurde aufbereitet. Hier hab ich mir das Wissen mit Fahrzeug Aufbereitung zu Nutze gemacht. Somit kam der Marantz 2050 so langsam in den Zustand den sich jeder wohl am liebsten wünscht ! Leider sind auf der linken Seite der Frontplatte,von vorne gesehen, zwei Kratzer, die je nach Licht Einfall zu sehen oder auch nicht zu sehen sind. Dies wollte ich schließlich auch noch gesagt haben ! Daher werde ich den sonst üblichen Preis für dieses Model etwas reduzieren ! Der Tuner wurde mit dem mittlerweile schon verkauften Marantz PM 250 Amp über mehrere Stunden getestet und funktioniert einwandfrei und klingt Marantz typisch warm und klar ! Die Spannung wurde schon auf 240V eingestellt, was laut einiger Vintage Audio spezialisten die Komponenten des Tuners langlebiger macht ! Die verkratzte Abdeckung wurde Gestern noch bis zum blanken Stahl runter geschliffen und anschließend sofort mit einer Schutzgrundierung versiegelt. Heute wurde diese in einem mattschwarz Finish fertig gemacht, so das der 2050 zu einem Schätzchen wieder mutieren wird ! Dank der höheren Temperaturen ist der Deckel schon sehr gut und schnell getrocknet (siehe Bilder) ! Die Restaurierung ist erfolgreich abgeschlossen worden !
