This unit was tested for power only. I dont have the gear needed to test all the different features, and that includes testing it for output! The front right corner has cracked. Theres a slight buzzing sound coming from it while powered on. Additionally, theres a rattle to the unit that sounds like a piece of plastic knocking around (probably from the impact, but I cant say for sure.) This unit came from a smokers home and had to be left to air out a bit. The smell has lessened since Ive cleaned it. Im hesitant to downplay its smell, but I do have to get right up on it (literally inches) to detect it. Maybe if it heats up after a while it becomes worse, but since I cant test it, I cant say. Im selling this as parts & repair. Understand that in all likelihood you will need to do some repairs to this unit to get it working. I cant/wont guarantee working condition beyond powering on and displaying text on the display.

Selling my Marantz AV7005 Surround sound pre-amp. This is NOT a receiver and you will need separate amplifiers to drive your speakers. Its typically called a Pro-Pre. I bought this unit new in 2011 and it has been in my system since, working flawlessly. Its not 4k but this is easy to deal with if you have a 4k tv. Just connect the TV and AV7005 with HDMI via the EARC/ARC ports and connect your streamers and video devices to the TV. For Atmos/HDR you just set the port to pass through. There is only one problem and that is with the remote: the volume function stopped working but there are alternatives. The original remote is NLA but Ive seen aftermarket remotes for this. There are also phone apps that control the functions or you can adjust the volume by hand. Shipped in the original box manual, power cord, remote and FM antenna.
