Dachbodenfund: einen Receiver der Marke Marantz, Type 2216. Den Receiver wird angeboten wie sie vom Dachboden heruntergekommen ist, also ohne sauberung, ohne testen. An der vorderseite haben einige Knöpfe sich verbogen, fühlen trotzdem aber gut an. Siehe auch den Fotos. Der Receiver sieht seine Älter nach noch gut aus, keinen Rost oder Beulen zu sehen.Den Anschlusskabel hat Farbreste, ist aber Funktionstauglich. Ein Originalverpackung ist nicht mehr dabei. Achten Sie bitte auf die versandkosten. Wegen das Gewicht des Receivers (knapp 10kg) soll einen stabilen Transportverpackung notwendig und angefertigt werden, deswegen sind die Versandkosten vielleicht ein bisschen höher als gewöhnt.

Der Käufer erklärt sich damit einverstanden, auf Garantie, Rücknahme, Minderungen sowie Nachverhandlungen ausdrücklich zu verzichten. (§ 312 d. Abs. 4 Nr. 5 BGB) und erkennt dies mit seinem Kauf an! Bei Nichterfüllung des Vertrages gelten gemäß der Europäischen Rechtsprechung 30% des Kaufpreises als Entschädigung als vereinbart.
