I have 2 nice looking and fully functional M-117 amps. These are stereo amps that can be bridged to run in mono for BIG power. They have fixed & Variable RCA outputs with gain switches out back. VERY heavy transformer. Vintage audiophile amp--top-of-the line Japanese quality in fantastic condition: Very clean, with only hard-to-see scuffs or nicks. This was my in my go-to music setup before I needed to downsize. Comes with the original manual and schematic diagram. This integrated amp has the famous Luxman sound: Strong bass drive, velvety but clear mid-range with an overall detailed soundstage supported by flexible tone controls. Digital input is supported by the built-in 16 bit D/A converter (with 4X oversampling) so that the digital signal is transmitted with lossless transmission to the all-FET differential power amplifier for 110W per channel @ 8 ohms (20 Hz - 20 kHz, .015% THD). The LV-117 has a versatile interface that supports both coax and optical inputs and can drive two sets of speakers (A/B). All functions can be bypassed with the line straight function for absolute sound clarity. It has 5 source inputs as well as 3 recording monitors and has a convenient front panel auxiliary input. You are bidding on a used but fully functional Luxman M-117 power amplifier. The unit was serviced, biased to factory standardsIt comes with Custom Wood panels. Regular M-117s do NOT come with this. See one photo without the wood panels to decide which you like. You can remove them for factory look if you like.I have upgraded all capacitors in the signal path. Replaced the old electrolytic capacitors with Film type capacitors. I did not change every capacitor in there as it would be a huge project and very costly. I just did the ones in the signal path.There are signs of age on this unit, but is in good overall condition. Scratches are visible, some surface discoloration as would be expected with a unit of this vintage.Very heavy and powerful. PS: All amplifier circuits of this M-117 are identical to the M-03 model (except for meters on the M-03)
