All the potentiometers have been cleaned and are crackle free. Has been fully tested and everything is working. Sounds great. Beautiful luxman receiver that seems to have been the precursor for the well known r-1040. Is rated at 36 Watts per channel into 8 ohms and 50 watts per channel into 4 ohms.

I checked the input from MC, MM, CD, TUNER, LINE-1~2, DAT/TAPE-1 PLAY, TAPE-2~3 PLAY, SOGNAL PROCESSOR IN, and was able to input correctly from both left and right. I checked the output from LEFT/RIGHT SPEAKER, SIGNAL PROCESSOR, DAT/TAPE-1 REC, and TAPE-2 to 3 REC, and the sound quality was normal and the volume was even on both sides. ?Front panel operation BALANCE has many gully and poor contact may occur. The sound on the left side may be interrupted. Luxman LX-104 remote controlled integrated amplifier and luxman remote control unit RC-104. Unit does power in. All lights seem to work. I did not test the remote but it is in good condition. I am not overly familiar with this unit. When it is powered on, it does make a humming noise. Like I said, it powers up no problem. All the source buttons light up when pressed. All the Hz buttons do light up on main display when pressed. Please ask any questions, I am happy to answer them or check something on the unit for you. I do not know if it works, I only know it powers on and there is a slight humming noise that comes and goes. Shipping is high as this unit it heavy. Amplifier/Tuner Is In Excellent Working Order But Front Radio Dial Window Doesnt Light Up And Probably Needs A Fuse Or Bulb, Otherwise All Other Lights Do Work. Slight Crackle On Volume Control When Turning Up Or Turning Down The Volume, This Can Easily Be Remedied By Using A Spray (Servisol Super 10). Sounds Great Once Chosen Volume Is Reached. Overall The Unit Is In Great Condition Cosmetically Including Top And Sides And Front Of Unit. Luxman Turntable PD-282 Is In Excellent Working Order And Again Cosmetically In Very Nice And Clean Condition. Direct Drive With Speed Control For 33 & 45rpm Speeds. Stylus Is A Goldring Epic And Doesnt Need Replacing. The Lid Is In A Sorry State And Has Been Broken At The Back Where Hinges Are. I Still Have The Two Hinge Brackets For The Turntable And Only One For The Lid. You Can Purchase A New Lid On Ebay ( Expensive But Worth It For A Nice Unit). Also Included Are A Pair Of Spectrum HiFi Speakers. These Have Two Seas Speakers In Each Speaker That Measure 21.5cm Diameter And Two Tweeters. Cabinet Measurements Are 60 x 35.5 x 24.5cm.
