Charges and powers on. However, it is still associated with the previous owners account. So it is set to control that persons equipment. There is no factory reset procedure. You have to call Logitech Support to resolve the issue. I dont have the time nor the energy to do that. So.... selling for parts and considered not working. No warranty what so ever.
