Bei Geräten mit DVD Recorder, wurde eine Kasette 240 Minuten lang auf eine DVD+R/DVD-R gebrannt, um zu testen ob die Brennfunktion auch funktioniert. Das Gerät wurde mit einer Kasette getestet, es wurde von Anfang bis Ende durchgespult, sowie von Ende bis Anfang zurückgespult, somit wissen wir das alle Riemen noch Intakt sind.
