The Spindle Extension is used with a stacked platter on the Lenco GL75. Dimension: The spindle visible above the platter is now 18.5mm. This enables the use of thicker platter mats and record stabilizers. This measurement is taken from the center of the platter to the tip of the new spindle extension This spindle is accurately CNC Machined The spindle ensures perfect centering of both platters. Please note: This spindle extension has been designed to work in conjunction with a second Lenco GL75 heavy platter, using two stacked platters. Please read fitting instructions and photos. Fitting: This is simple and takes just seconds Insert the spindle into the underside of top platter, using a non metallic item like a pencil, push in the spindle extension gently to fit snugly into the tapered borehole in the platter, the top platter can then be fitted over the lower platter and original spindle making a tight and accurate fit. The underside of the spindle extension is recessed and will rest over the domed surface of the original spindle. Delivery and tracking If you buy one spindle to be posted to Europe or the continent, the spindle will be sent by standard airmail without a tracking number to keep costs to a minimum, if you purchase two or more, the spindles will be sent by signed or tracked delivery due to the package being a higher value. Tracked or signed delivery can cost bettween £6.00-£8.50 Please note I have increased postage to include signed or tracked delivery to the continent due to packages not arriving. Good overall condition. Wood in good condition. Turntable working. Radio working fine on FM/FM stereo. Picks up some stations on AM, but not as many as it should. Two switches dont work and need fixing: High Filter and Mode (Mono/Stereo). I paid to have this item restored. I think it still needs setting up correctly. The weight on the tonearm is not a Lenco item; it has been home-made from a metal weight. Original items are available on eBay. There should also be a metal counterweight for the arm, again available on eBay or improvise. The lid has a crack on the top. There should be an arm attached to the inside right-hand side so the lid can sit at 45 degrees, but this is missing. There is a pin missing on one of the little clips that attach the lid to the base unit (see final photo). There is a little paint missing from the front right corner of the turntable (see pic). The volume knob crackles when turned, then settles down. The dust trap is included with the unit. No speakers or aerial included. You should be able to get an aerial on eBay. I did. The unit is very heavy.

For the GOLDRING LENCO GL75/78 L75 L78 VINTAGE SWISS TURNTABLE This is a late headshell with reduced weight (thinner sheet metal, perforations and the sides are cut smaller than the solid L75 headshell) for the Lenco L78, but will fit Lenco L75 & L78 tonearms. Complete made from formed aluminum with perforations on top. Mounting sled with two long mounting screws. Overall length is 8 cm. This headshell weighs 12 gr, while the L75 solid headshell weighs 15 gr Condition: Excellent, one tiny scratch on top, otherwise like new condition, no scratches, dents or corrosion.
