Stereo does allow audio through A and B speakers when selected, but when the third A/B option is selected both A and B speakers do not play simultaneously. This stereo is in as-found condition. I am not an expert in these stereos, or any stereo for that matter. The lights shown in the photos work. Knobs may crackle. This is a project stereo in very good condition with the manual. See photos. She’s a beaut’ for someone looking for a killer project. To my knowledge this stereo should be in tip top shape with minimal work, as audio does go through. I’m apprehensive of all the hyper specifics of something like this on eBay so I am selling this cheap FOR PARTS, AS IS, NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS because I can not guarantee all the hyper specific components and functionalities beyond the audio going through the A and B speakers. Receiver is in great condition for its age. Volume and balance have a little static when turned but unit plays great, strong on both channels. FM stereo indicator light does not come on, this is not a bulb issue but a tuner circuit issue based on a google deep dive I did about a decade ago. FM reception was never a highlight of this model, does not pull stations in very well. All inputs are fully functional and as seen in the 1st pic, dial and meter lights are working.

We are selling a Kenwood AM-FM Stereo Receiver, model KR-4070. Item powers on but I was only able to get a very low sound out of it when speakers were attached and volume turned al the way up. The backlight comes on for the tuner and the meters. We also have the original box for the item and will include it if desired (not pictured). The receiver is in very good cosmetic condition.
