Walts TV Shipping Policy Orders can only be shipped to Confirmed Addresses on your PayPal Account. The Confirmed delivery address cannot be changed after an order has been approved and placed for shipment with Walts TV . Orders cannot be canceled once the item has shipped. You must cancel an order Within an hour of purchase. We do not ship to a P.O. box, FedEx box, UPS box, or APO/FPO.
