Up for sale is a pair of klipsch rp-280f floor standing tower speakers. These have the dual 8 inch woofers and are absolute monsters! These have been the centerpiece in my home theater and they absolutely rock. They play extremely clean at very loud levels. If you go through the pictures you’ll notice some repairs on the rubber surround of the woofers. The previous owners cat managed to get to them. It has since been repaired with silicone and plays without any issue. I personally have pushed these speakers to 110db using 300 watts/channel amp and it was an absolutely visceral experience - clean and powerful. Very happy to demo, I guarantee you will be blown away by the sound. Given the cosmetic blemishes on the rubber surround of the woofers, I have priced it lower than similar listings but feel free to make an offer.

To heavy to ship and you can come test them out and listen to them before you buy them!! Very loud powerful and no distortion!! Hook up to a good clean amp yamaha aventage rxa 1080 and power conditioner!

Beautiful Klipsch loudspeakers in great condition - very few if any visible marks. Original packaging and manual included with all protective foam/coverings. Single owner since I purchased them new in 2018 for $850. Looking to sell before I move in the next month. I power them with the Enotive BasX 2 channel, they sound great with vinyl! Get these at a great price, strongly prefer pickup in DC or ask about delivery within the DMV, PHI, or NY metro areas for a fee. I don’t want to mess with shipping! Ask me anything!
