These speakers are in good working condition.

Selling these as is. They are in great shape and I recently made some improvements but tried to keep these as original as possible. These were originally sold as a complete stereo system with stereo all packaged together. This is why these speakers have an RCA jack. Repairs and improvements Resealed fabric on surrounds for both speakers Replaced fiberglass insulation with natural cotton insulation Rebuilt crossovers using audio grade capacitors Fixed one speaker woofer with a failed/burned coil Notes the fabric speaker grills are in amazing condition very clean. The speaker cabinets are solid, they have some scratches and one speaker has a corner that has a chip. Rather than sand these down and refinish. I tried to keep them as is. They still look great even though they were made in the late 60s Sound quality For their age and sound design I give these 5/5 for the era they were made. They do not produce strong bass, but they do produce excellent highs and mids. I tested these speakers after rebuilding the crossovers with late 50’s Jazz and these speakers came to life. I drove them up as loud as my ears could handle and they did not distort. I highly recommended pairing these with vintage or era matching receiver. The RCA speaker jack is not a problem, I’ll throw in some adapter to covert back to 2 wire speaker cables. 40 watts 8? Year: 1966

Selling this all in one stereo, radio, and turntable from the 1960s In order to get this unit working I had to service the turntable and repair the speakers by rebuilding the crossover capacitors. Now this unit is working wonderfully, the speakers sound amazing for their age. Cosmetically the speakers are in decent shape, one speaker has some very noticeable scratches on the top of the speaker. I decided to leave the speaker cabinets and stereo as is and as original as possible. This is a working and great sounding time capsule.
