For sale is a matched pair of the very rare and highly wanted vintage output transformers type BV 7105/2. These transformers are interleaved - both secondary coils are connected parallelly already. This connection makes the frequency response from 30 Hz to 18 kHz.These output transformers are perfect applicable for SE power stages with aAD1, ED, RE604, EL12, AL5/EL5, F2a11, or other tubes, with output impedance in the area between 2,2 kOhm to 5 kOhm. The max. power capacity is ca. 8-10 Watt and the ratio is 1:18. With the ratio about 1:18 these output transformers are suitable for following application: For Example: AD1/ ED Single End - 5 Watt, (U supply 300V, Ua 250 V, Grid -45 V,cathode resistor 750 Ohm) Ra 2,3 kOhm - usable output impedance 6-8 Ohm respectively with RE604 with changing the cathode resistor of 1000 Ohm RE 604 Single End - 2-3 Watt (U supply 300V, Ua 250 V, Grid -45V, cathode resistor 1000 Ohm) Ra 3,5 - 3,8 kOhm - usable output impedance 8-12 OhmOther solution with the BV 7105: EL12 / EL6 Single End - 8,2 Watt (Ua 250 V, Screen 250 V, Grid -7 V) Ra 4 - 5 kOhm - output impedance 12-15 Ohm (this was the original application) EL5 / AL5 Single End - 8,5 Watt (Ua 250V, Screen 275 V, Grid -14 V) Ra 4 - 5 kOhm - output impedance 12-15 Ohm F2A / F2a11 Single End - 10 Watt, (Ua 250 V, Screen 250 V, Grid -7 V- as in Klangfilm Kl. The iron core for OPT in a SE power stage must be assembled with so called magnet slit For creation of a magnet slit all iron sheets must be interposed in one direction only.
