--> Kenwood KA-V8500 Dolby Pro Logic Amplifier + Remote, Box, Manual • MINOR FAULTS This AV amplifier has been in the family since new and comes from a smoke-free home. It is a Dolby Surround Pro Logic amplifier and has a plethora of AV inputs, both composite and S-video. It is in very good condition, with some minor small scratches on the surface. The amp is in working order, but has three minor faults:The amplifier is balanced towards the left channel. I.e. the right channel is quieter. Could a separate power amplifier fix this?I have tested the remote control, and not all buttons work. The following buttons dont appear to transmit: VDP, Seat, Up, Right, Cinema Screen, Source Direct, Volume UpWhen using the volume control from the remote, the volume knob sometimes struggles a bit. No problem when adjusting the volume by hand. The device inputs can be renamed, but because of the remote issue with the right arrow, it doesnt appear to be possible to rename them back from what I set them as. A universal remote should be able to sort this out. Because of the problems above it is being sold as parts-only. This amp has been in regular use and these are the only issues that I am aware of, but please do bear in mind that it is being sold as parts-only and there is a possibility that other issues could become apparent.
