Used Kenwood KT-9900. I got this used in 2004 and immediately had it upgraded by Ed Hanlon at Antenna Performance for $429. Antenna Performance is no longer online and Ed Hanlon has apparently passed away so I cant give you any details of what he did but I included several photos of the tuner circuit board so if you are knowledgeable about these you can hopefully see the modifications. I intended to incorporate this tuner into my home stereo system I was assembling at the time but ended up not using it at all so it has been sitting in my closet for the past 19 years or so. All meters and indicator lights work, I ran it for 3 hours and the audio output is fine. I was using an inexpensive dipole antenna and it pulled in a number of FM stations nicely. Cosmetically overall it is in pretty good shape (see pictures) - the bottom of the unit is a bit messy but other than some minor scratches there is a nick on the faceplate above the Tuning meter and depending on the viewing angle there is an anomaly visible near the Signal meter. This will ship very securely packaged the next business day after your payment is received. Flat shipping rate of $55 to anywhere in the continental U.S. only. Auction includes the tuner only (power cord is integrated into the tuner).
