I tried a few CDs in this. Some wouldnt load at all. Others found the tracks but wouldnt play them. Others played, but some would get stuck and play the same bit over and over. All took a long while to lock in and start playing, if they managed to do so at all. Kenwood also unfortunately finished this unit with soft touch rubberised paint. This decomposes over time to become sticky and nasty. It can be removed easily by wiping with a cloth soaked in methylated spirits, and allowing the paint to soften a little then wipe it off, repeat as required until you get bare smooth plastic. But this will also remove all the lettering and button labels. The larger buttons are especially sticky, and may leave black marks on the fingers.
