Kenwood 4” Mid Range Speaker Unit. From 140 Watt LS-770G Speaker

Vintage well sought after Kenwood KP-770D direct drive quartz lock turntable in very good condition and working order. Quartz PLL coreless and slotless DC servo motor. Turntable keeps the speed well. Tonearm will lift at the end of the record and the platter will stop. Turntable plinth and dustcover shows signs of age but still looks very good for its age (dustcover is still clear). The laminate in the front right corner is starting to open a bit, but no peeling. This turntable runs on 100V thus a step-down transformer is required. Included is an extra Kenwood HS-51 headshell for easy cartridge rolling. Note: This sale does not include the cartridge shown in the photos. Sale only includes the turntable and the extra headshell. Packaging is not original but will be well packed to avoid damage in shipping.

Description Unit powers on and was tested working, but the right input and outputs are touchy and sometimes it has to be wiggled around to engage. Also, the buttons on the front of unit produce static when pushed. It seems to go away, but after a bit, it comes back during use. The unit has a super short power cord that previous owners hardwired to the unit. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
