We periodically retest the devices and when we retested this item, we found that the the power (on/off) switch is defective. When you plug the unit in, the power is off. Touch the power switch and it comes on and works just fine... BUT, touch the power switch again, and it does not power off (until it is unplugged). Then when it is plugged in again, you touch the power switch and it will come on again. POWER SWITCH NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED. NOTE: That is the condition it is at this time.
