It was made in Japan, I think all the way back in the 1980s. This would be an awesome gift for someone, or a great addition to your vintage collection! In terms of condition, I would consider this to be great. It looks amazing in terms of cosmetics. It powers on and lights up when it is plugged in, but I haven’t fully tested it.
