Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances. Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Due to the odd dimensions of certain items, FedEx may charge more for shipping oversize items and calculate that into shipping weight as a dimensional weight. If you bought the wrong item, we will be happy to take it back but you must send it back to us within 3 days and the item must be in the same/original condition, must match the serial number on the invoice and our warranty sticker must have not been tempered with. There could be many possible reasons for your system/device to not work properly even after replacing a part. It is hard for us to identify the exact reason(s) unless we have the whole system/device here for an inspection by our technician.
