I have an OEM JVC RM-S9 AV remote control. Main color is black and this is an original, genuine JVC brand remote. It is listed to work with JVC models RX5VBK, RX8VBK and RX9VBK. It takes 2 double A batteries to power this remote. I installed 2 new AA batteries (Not included in this listing) and verified there is no rust or corrosion in the battery compartment. Once installed, I was able to test and verify this JVC remote control works. All the buttons/functions appear to work as they should. There is some wear and tear from usage, including some scratches and markings, but its still in good working condition. It does come with the battery cover as well.
