I have serviced this machine by replacing capacitors that did not meet the standard, belt drives have been changed to modern durable alternatives, all contact points have been cleaned and treated and all mechanisms have been oiled with the appropriate oil. It has also been cleaned thoroughly inside. The casing was suffering some light pitting and rusting. I have sanded this away and applied a coat of colour match enamel paint which will ensure that the casing looks good for many years to come. I take pride when restoring items, no matter how big or small and I hope a fellow enthusiast can enjoy the item for years to come.
