JVC HR-XV3 DVD Player VCR Video Recorder Combo & Remote Control Free 24-hour Del. Unit and remote control are in very good condition. Remote control is fully working and battery compartment nice and clean. The main unit is fully working except one potential point, the display and front blue lights are not working. I keep wondering if Im being stupid and you can turn them on and off somehow. I dont think that you are missing out on being able to use any of the features as it has on screen display. I used a boombox with a built-in black and white TV to show the unit working as this was the easiest way. All plays well. The tape fast forwards and rewinds nice and fast and automatically slows down towards the end of the tape to protect it. Just to be clear this doesnt record vhs to dvdr, it is just a combi player. Obviously the vcr will record anything plugged into the unit. Some people record just music onto video cassettes because this is cabable of Hi-Fi recording the sound is very good, also helps that it has optical out for the sound. Will be very well packed and sent with DPD on a 24-hour delivery for free.
