The face has some scuff marks, but is otherwise clean and functional. There is a cluster of deep scratches on the top side of the console (see photos). However, all buttons are clean and work as intended. All the illumination is working. The unit has been tested and works perfectly. JVC XL-M300BK CD player, a 1st generation product line from Japan. This wired CD changer with a capacity of 6 discs is perfect for music lovers who enjoy uninterrupted listening. Comes with stereo L/R RCA audio outputs and 2 audio inputs make it easy to connect to other home audio components. Its features include a CD changer and it comes with a magazine for easy disc swapping.  The device turns on. But doesn’t read the disc properly and the 6 cd tray can be temperamental when trying to put it back into the JVC. Wasn’t able to test the audio output.
