If a tweeter or woofer is not working, first check your bi-wire links (If using them) Then substitute the non working drive to the same position on the working speaker, making sure the speaker is NOT connected to any amplifier first! (Also at this time check and ensure the crimps/solder connections are well made) If the fault moves with the drive unit, then that drive would likely be the problem (Check it with a meter or get someone to test it for you if unsure!) If the fault stays with the same speaker/position, double check everything again And then remove the crossover to check the exact model number and revision (MAKE A NOTE (Or take a picture) of the connections before removing!)
