Vintage Sony ICF-7601 AM/FM/SW 12 Band Receiver Portable Radio. Covers AM, FM (76-108 MHz) and ten shortwave bands. This dual conversion portable has an analog dial. Shortwave coverage is: 2200-4200, 4600-5200, 5800-6400, 6900-7500, 9400-10000, 11550-12150, 13450-14050, 15000-15650, 17500-18150 and 21350-21950 kHz. The radio features a 3.125 inch (7.7 cm) speaker, tune LED, power lock button, and three way tone switch. There are jacks for earphone, record output and 6 VDC input. Introduced in 1987. 7.675 x 4.675 x 1.5 inches. 21 oz. Requires four AA cells (not supplied). I purchased this radio back in the day from the local Sony Outlet Store. I am the original owner, and I have taken good care of this radio. You can see in the photos that this has no unusual signs of wear or abuse, the battery compartment is as clean as new, and the antenna is excellent with no kinks or missing parts.

The item is tested; has minimal scratches and some minimal stains on the surface; come in with new batteries.

Vintage Sony ICF-7601 AM/FM/SW 12 Band Receiver Portable Radio ,Short Wave,World. Has been tested and works fine, however does have some issues/flaws. The word Power above the power button is half worn off. Also the MW button has been scratched and cut up, and sticks, I am guessing someone tried to get it unstuck and made it worse. Please see pictures to determine condition and to take note of the flaws. Sold as-is, no returns because of these issues.
