This stylus, which has been inspected under magnification, appears to be virtually unused, but does not come with its original SHURE package. This is the last (and some say best) revision of the VN35 stylus series, for the V-15III cartridge. These were discontinued by SHURE long ago. A great stylus for your V-15III cartridge. While the stylus does not have its original box, it will be safely packaged in a suitable stylus container, and well protected for shipping. This is the last of these I have at the moment . Nice clean Shure V15 type 3 cartridge mounted on a Dual TK14 headshell. Has been tested and sounds wonderful, but the number of hours on stylus is unknown. And the cantalover is nice and straight. Note : this will only work for Dual turntables That used this type of cartridge carrier. It could be mounted on a standard headshell, but would have to be modified and glued into place as there are no provisions for mounting hardware.

I am the original owner of this Shure V-15 Type III Cartridge it has been in my possession since purchasing brand new. The packaging for this cartridge are long since gone. This is the last used V-15 Type III cartridge I have to sell. It was mounted to an original Technics headshell and in storage a very long time. I did not attempt to clean the cartridge body, but only cleaned the stylus with a vintage Discwasher Stylus brush with distilled water only.This Shure V-15 Type III cartridge is used and from my personal collection and I used it very sparingly before upgrading. I checked the elliptical diamond stylus for wear on my Wild Heerbrugg M5 Stereo Microscope (photo included) and it shows minor wear. I tested this cartridge on one of my Technics SL-1210 turntables and it played back without issue. Very high quality replacement styli are readily available at LP Gear.*Please Note* This Shure V-15 Type III Black/Silver Body Cartridge w/Elliptical Stylus has a slightly off center cantilever and did not effect playback or tracking in my one side of an album test.
